Coordination of Federal, State and local efforts and funding for the purpose of restoring public property back to per-disaster condition. Inspecting/assessing storm related damage to local government property, and then tailor project worksheets (PW) to the specific applicant based on such assessment. Review all PW’s and provide quality assurance as to scope of work, cost estimate, general content, in preparation for audit. Validate and ensure 80% of all small projects are complete and accurate according to FEMA guidelines.
