MTA IEC project scope included monitoring numerous design and construction projects for compliance with project management, budget, schedule, safety, and quality requirements for the Authority’s operating agencies which include: New York City Transit, Long Island Rail Road, Metro-North Railroad, MTA Bridges and Tunnels and the MTA Capital Construction Company. Projects monitored included 2nd Avenue Subway, East Side Access, Fulton Transit Center, Verrazano Bridge, and Security oversight.
