This project will consist of the construction of a new addition to the school; site work including but not limited to detention tanks and playground; work to connect the addition to the existing building after various classrooms and to construct the required circulation; new fire alarm in the addition cross connected to the existing fire alarm in the existing building; new low voltage system and electrical systems connected between the addition and existing buildings and all other MEP systems in the new addition and existing building as described in the contract documents.
